Looking for burgers in Edinburgh? BURGER-DROP Edinburgh is at 74 to 78 South Clerk Street in Newington, on the Southside. The Queen's Hall is just along the road, The Meadows and the University of Edinburgh's central area are a short walk away, and Holyrood Park is close by. Buses along South Clerk Street and Nicolson Street run straight into the city centre.

We are open 12:00 to 23:00 from Sunday to Thursday, and 12:00 to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. You can ring the store on 0131 563 0437.

This is the home of proper SMASH AND FRIED CHICKEN BURGERS, and this is our only store in Scotland. We use freshly ground beef, smashed thin on the grill so the edges crisp, and brioche buns made to our own recipe. Start with the Cheese or the Grilled Onion, go big with the Garlic Butter Mushroom, or pick the Spicy chicken burger with sriracha mayo and Turkish chillies. Vegan burgers, loaded fries, wings, tenders, shakes and mocktails are on the menu too.
