This is the home of proper SMASH AND FRIED CHICKEN BURGERS. We use freshly ground beef, smashed thin on the grill so the edges crisp, and brioche buns made to our own recipe. The Cheese is the classic, the Bacon adds crispy turkey bacon, and the Surf & Turf stacks garlic butter prawns on two smashed Angus beef patties. For chicken, the Salt & Chilli Chicken and the Spicy chicken burger are the ones to try. Add loaded fries, wings or tenders and a shake or mocktail.
