Looking for burgers in Manchester? BURGER-DROP Manchester is at 252 Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield, right on the busy stretch that runs between Rusholme and Withington. Buses run up and down Wilmslow Road to the city centre throughout the day and late into the night, so it is easy to reach from student halls, house shares and the city alike.

This is the home of proper SMASH AND FRIED CHICKEN BURGERS. We smash freshly ground beef thin on the grill so the edges crisp, then build it into a brioche bun made to our own recipe. The Cheese is the one to start with, the Surf & Turf piles garlic butter prawns on two smashed Angus beef patties, and the Salt & Chilli Chicken brings proper crunch and heat. Loaded fries, wings, tenders, shakes and mocktails are all on the menu.
