Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a busy restaurant environment
 - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and frying
 - Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
 - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
 - Excellent communication and time-management skills
 - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipe and company standards
 - Assist with the preparation of food for catering and special events
 - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
 - Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needed supplies to the Chef
 - Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces
